Delivery Restrictions: Due to shipping limitations, all food items and fresh vegetables cannot be delivered outside of Northern Ireland. They are only available for shipment to BT47 and BT48 postcodes or for pickup at Society Street Indoor Market.
Packaging
We are trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible with our packaging, and as such, we sometimes reuse packaging to minimise waste.
Returns
If you would like to refund or exchange an item, please return it within 14 days of delivery. You must email us within 7 days of receiving the goods to qualify for a refund. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging, then we can issue a full refund.
