Then, if you want, return at night and see if you can handle the Haunted Basement Experience. This unique tour, organised by Society St Market, celebrates local lore while supporting small businesses in the community. Note: All participants must have a ticket for the tour Children under 5 years are free but must be accompanied by an Adult with a valid ticket

Croup Size Limits Capacity: Cap Tours strictly limits tours to 20 participants per guide to maintain safety and tour quality. Large group parties larger than 20 must book multiple time slots or contact us directly to arrange a private buyout with multiple guides. No walk-ins. If a tour slot hits the 20-person limit, no additional tickets can be sold on site. Cancellations & Refunds Full refunds available if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time Late cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable but may be eligible for a gift card or reschedule Late Arrivals & Check-In Arrival Window: Guests must arrive at Society Street Indoor Market 15 mins before the scheduled departure time Strict Departures: Tours begin exactly at the scheduled time to stay on schedule. Missed Tours: If the group leaves without you, it is treated as a no-show and cannot be refunded > Weather & Safety Policy Rain or Shine Tours operate in all weather conditions,s including light rain. Please dress appropriately for the outdoors. Severe Weather: If dangerous weather forces a cancellation, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule. Safety Discretion: The guides reserve the right to remove any participant displaying disruptive or unsafe behaviour without a refund. Rescheduling & Ticket Transfers Self-Service Charges: Guests can change their date or time up to 24 hrs before the tour, subject to availability Ticket Transfers: Tickets are fully transferable to another person; forward them the confirmation email. Ages & Accessibility Restrictions Adult Supervision: All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult Route Conditions: The street tour involves walking on uneven surfaces, stairs, or inclines.
